Tips & Tricks
By going to 'File > Open
Directory' the 3D Viewer will automatically look through the
directory of your choice and identify the top level assembly for
you. This is very good for UGNX files with the same .prt file
extension and no one labeled the top level.
Did you know that you can
adjust the clipping plan color, and how transparent it looks in
the display? Just go to 'Configuration > Display >
Parameters tab' you will see a scroll bar at the bottom.

 What's New in 2010
CT is pleased to announce the 2010 version of
3D_Evolution will be available soon. New features include
collision detection, enhanced model compare with PMI (Product Manufacturing Information), and
additional pathways for feature-based modules including IDEAS and
NX. CT's 2010 road map will include building three
consortiums with key accounts that use 3D_Evolution, 3D_Kernel_IO
and 3D_Viewer.
Enhanced Support Services
CT
has implemented a new, more automated support service.
Customers can now log support issues online by selecting the
"Solutions" tab at www.3devolutionsupport.com.
